Harvest Granola

Ingredients

  • 1.66667 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Canola Oil
  • 0.333333 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries

Directions

  1. Combine the almonds, oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and salt; mix.
  2. Add the oil and syrup.
  3. Toss to combine.
  4. Place parchment onto 3 Power Air Fryer trays.
  5. Sprinkle the granola mixture evenly over the trays.
  6. Bake at 220 for 40 minutes, rotating the trays hallway through the cooking time.
  7. Add the cranberries and toss to combine.
  8. Cool.
